Our Policy

• Desert Activities such as Jeep safari tours, camel riding, hiking…etc., will be provided from our side with our professional Bedouin experts to guarantee the guests’ satisfaction & prevent any misunderstanding or inconvenience between the guests & the service provider, other than that we will not take any responsibility for the guests’ satisfaction, and the activities prices follow Wadi Rum Visitor Center pricing list.
• The camp will not offer compensation for any incidents caused by Forced Majeure circumstances such as storms, floods…etc., we will only ensure to keep the safety measurements available for our guests.
